Shipping is free for all orders over $100 before taxes and after discounts.
As a new business, we are currently building up our inventory. While we do have some pieces currently in stock and ready to ship. Many of our pieces will be made-to-order. All of it is handmade.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to ship your order to you. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Customer service is of upmost important to us so if you need a piece by a specific date please contact email@example.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, a signature may be required upon delivery. NYXA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in a return transit. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. In order to do cancel your order, simply email your request and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently we are only shipping orders within the United States. We hope to expand our offerings to other countries soon, though.
