What is the exchange policy?

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers in the US. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy (see below).  We make the process seamless by setting up a new order should you wish to swap your product for the same or a different variant. The amount paid in your original order (minus any shipping fees) will be deducted from this new one. It is crucial to clear any remaining balance before we proceed with the delivery of the exchanged product. As soon as we receive the item you wish to exchange, we then fulfill the new order.

What is the return policy?

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Jewelry Care Kit

How much is the return shipping fee?

Return shipping is free from within the US. Please note your original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

How do I return a piece I received as a gift?

We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at info@nyxa.co requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order);
  2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from; and
  3. Your email address so that we can send you the credit once processed. 

When will I receive my refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! 

I mistakenly returned the wrong item!

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, NYXA cannot reship or store non-NYXA items mistakenly sent as returns and we cannot be liable for them.
